Salima Kerai is currently a PhD student at SPPH. Salima's research interest includes positive child development and child wellbeing in a global context. She has previously worked with children living in urban slums in Karachi in ultra-poor conditions and witnessed how different social conditions shape health outcomes of groups of the population. Salima is currently working with researchers at HELP to understand how different behaviors and conditions in early childhood shape the development of children in BC, Canada.
