Claire Tugault-Lafleur

Dr Tugault-Lafleur is a postdoctoral fellow and clinical instructor in the Department of Food, Nutrition and Health at UBC. She completed her PhD at UBC, MA and BSc in Nutrition and dietetics at McGill University and dietetics internship at the Montreal Children’s Hospital (2010). Her doctoral work assessed the quality and determinants of dietary practices of Canadian children at school drawing from nationally representative 24-hour dietary recall data from the Canadian Community Health Survey (CCHS). Her current postdoctoral work involves studies evaluating Canadians’ eating patterns (and drivers of these patterns), with a focus on children and adolescent populations.
