Drake is a PhD student at UBC's Centre for Health and Coping Studies in the department of Psychology. He studies the relationship between social support and stress in dyadic couples. His current projects focus on assessing the impact of support visibility in couples that are living with preschool aged children and couples dealing with rheumatoid arthritis.
